We want people who can use their current contacts and network to bring in new clients and be able to operate in an ethical business manner. This is a position that you operate from your home office. If you have experience in business consulting, investor relations, corporate finance, writing business plans, developing strategy, taking companies public, mergers and acquisitions, trading stocks, or reverse mergers, then you may be a fit for our organization.
Our strategy is to build a team of independent agents under the Carpenter & Associates umbrella who can either work out of the Carpenter & Associate’s office, or work independently from anywhere in the country and even internationally.
These independent agents will work directly under Carpenter & Associates, Inc. and have all of our resources behind them to assist with bringing in business, handling consulting assignments and closing transactions. However, you will not be constrained by a corporate head office that restricts your activities and takes a huge piece of the revenues that you generate and deserve.
